If the Democrats had not behaved, as the cowards they were in the 2010 elections when it came to supporting Obama Affordable  health Care, we would not see the Republican lies making so much headway still, today.  Now that the Supreme Court has ruled Obama care is Constitutional, it is time for both parties to drop the politics and to be honest about just how the working poor and middle class as well as small businesses have gained an important step towards healthcare, especially, by todays’ Supreme Court decisions. ALL Americans in general have won, by today’s Supreme court decision!

In the past and currently, we all pay Insurance Companies higher premiums and larger deductibles because of the fact that Insurance Companies continue to drop all children and adults who suffer from anything from autism to diabetes to arthritis,MS., Parkinson’s and any other genetic disorder that is chronic.  By not insuring 30 million Americans ”We the People” have had to pay higher Insurance costs.  In cases where these families are dropped, their premiums if they do exist, is so cost prohibitive to companies that these people are often  fired from their jobs instead of the businesses or Corporations keeping them on.  This drives up unemployment since no other company will hire them either.  In the last 10 years we have seen a huge increase in people who reach medical care cost around the age of 45, receiving their pink slips.  This will all stop under the Obama health care since these Companies can return to affordable healthcare under the Obama Plan.  Regardless of health problems in either the worker or their children their costs will be the same to both them and the companies who hire them as it is for all Americans

What we as the Individual businesses as well as citizens have seen and paid out to the Insurance Companies has been the increased hospital charges of the chronically ill that has been charged to us through the Insurance Companies by jumping our premium  costs and raising our deductibles. Both the lack of care as well as the emergency services received by the above people not being able to get or buy healthcare  is charged to the Insurance Companies and medicare by the Hospitals across America.  The Insurance Companies have then been reimbursed through Corporate welfare  or subsidies, but we the policy holder as well as the tax payer have been paying double costs for the uninsured. This  will be lessened through government costs or in fewer costs increases that have not been kept in check by the Insurance Companies or the Medical supply companies who have been able to name their own prices while the costs have been passed on to us the consumer.

The government insurance Agency or better known as Medicare and Medicaid is 6 times larger than all of the Insurance companies combined in America.  They are able to buy healthcare costs in blocks much larger than the largest private Insurance Companies combined and therefore they keep down the costs across the board for any one who wishes to join the government incentive programs offered through private insurance instead of paying for the raising costs of premiums with higher deductibles that are offered through  private Insurance Companies currently. Affordable healthcare is a restructuring  of healthcare services and insurance companies and  will in the long run gain control over the exorbitant costs and the donut holes, that we are now seeing in healthcare, so both works more efficiently for those of us who have been paying for the sick who can not get insurance as well as the  free-loaders in America.

This is the exact reason that the Republicans are saying that the middle class and working poor will be denied their choice on Insurance Companies.  Insurance Companies will have to become competitive with the government programs in order to “stop the waste and costs in healthcare”, initially, but since the chronically ill will more than likely opt for the government programs instead of losing all they have worked for, eventually the Insurance companies will see their subsidies diminished at the same time their costs come down as well, and will be able to be more competitive.  “We the People” will all benefit through affordable health care over time, but not immediately unless we are under the age of 26, then we will be carried on our parent’s plan.

Although we can keep our own Insurance Companies as is as can Corporations, we would all be foolish to with Insurance Companies no longer being able to charge the healthy people for the cost of the chronically ill and  those who refuse to buy insurance when they can afford to. Our current Insurance companies will only increase their premiums now that they can no longer place a cap on the amount the chronically ill or those who suffer from cancer have been and are being charged and paid for in exuberant premium costs.

Since we have already seen the amount of money paid into the Mitt Romney campaign by Wall Street and billionaires, we then all know why so many lies have been told about Obama care and seen the spineless Democrats who have steered away from supporting the same, as about 20 to thirty of them are also supported by lobbyists for the Medical profession and supply companies who are amongst those whose real goal is to get rich through patient care, along with the Insurance companies.  They are all-powerful lobbyists.  Their claims that Doctors and hospitals have been absorbing the costs of the uninsured over, “ We the People”, simply rings false.

For all the unemployed and uninsured in 14 months time you will gain insurance through Medicaid and no one will fine you for not having healthcare as it will be provided for you according to need at 1% of your income.  Those who fall between Medicaid and affordable care will get tax subsidies that will place you on an Insurance program offered at cut rates through more competitive private insurance agencies. The fines do not go into effect before these programs are set up, guaranteeing you insurance coverage. the Republican lie that government is denying us our liberty or that IRS squads will be out making arrests is as stupid as it sounds.

The only people who will be fined will be those who can afford to get healthcare and refuse to. These are the people who show up in emergency wards instead of Doctors offices and raise the costs for everyone else in premiums and deductibles, currently. Preventive care such as mammograms and other screenings for prevention, and birth control will be free to everyone.

We currently pay taxes on all of our benefits received through our jobs, including insurance that is provided for us by our employers.  Instead of that income tax being distributed to the States it is going back to the Corporations and businesses that agree to keep us employed for a year.

By going on the affordable care insurance, both we and the companies that hire us, will save and the taxes currently going to Corporate will go back to the States as it was designed to do.  These Billions of dollars, that the Republicans and a few Democrats are forecasting  we will be paying out in taxes can be saved through Corporation reform by denying welfare to both the Oil Companies and Wall Street but the Republicans refuse to do so, while blaming the Democrats for not taking it on.

We will hear many more of their lies through “Prosperity for Americans”, ” Citizens United”  as well as any number of organizations sponsored by the Churches through the Billions of dollars being pumped into the Republican Party to make sure affordable healthcare is defeated, and in an effort to protect the lobbyists who own them.

Our taxes will be compensated for in the lost of cost that is currently being written off by hospitals and doctors as well as companies who have picked up the differences for those who do not have Insurance and often travel to America from Europe. and Asia or cross the border from Canada or Mexico to get the best healthcare , that “We the People” are already paying for. It will also be offset by all AMERICANS who can pay, paying for their own healthcare through reduced costs.

No doubt the Obama affordable  care program will come before the  Supreme Court again, filed by lawyers in our States and  by a number of cases that claim Obama care is”Unconstitutional.”  With today’s ruling these cases will be thrown out or sent back to the States.

Since the Catholic Church is claiming Religious Freedom to deny women health care coverages and approximately 20% of Americans believe they do not need healthcare because,” God will heal them when they get sick,” this will continue being a political battle for years to come. Many of these same people are  the people who we pay for through exorbitant healthcare costs when they are involved in accidents,pre-mature births, or become chronically ill due to complications of both child-birth and chronic health problems, as well as cancer.

In America we cannot deny health care to the suffering  by the claim  of” Religious Freedom.”The Church sponsored schools and hospitals cannot lure us into their employ by  selling us or giving us their own Insurance policies and then deny us coverage by declaring Religious Freedom.  Our Supreme Court has ruled a number of times, according to  our Constitution on the need to provide for health care to ALL Americans for all of their needs without moral objection.(this includes women and children as well)

It is only because of a Conservative majority in the Supreme Court that this outrage has reared its ugly head again.  The Conservatives feel that the Conservative judges will vote according to Party lines so are claiming the same argument that they have lost on in the past. The care of the sick in America cannot be denied on Religious grounds. This battle has been fought by the Churches in America many times, and each time the Churches have lost due to the way our Constitution was written and intended to be upheld by our Founding Fathers.  No one entity was given power of law over the Supreme Court Justices.

We can count on both the Conservatives and Tea Party to inflame this argument even though religious rights have never been granted power in our Constitution over government decisions when it pertains to the best welfare of “We the People.”(women included)  This was specifically spelled out in a letter to the Baptist Church by Thomas Jefferson and made official in the Constitution by our Founding Fathers.

Any Republican vote in November is a vote against affordable healthcare  for all of us regardless of where we work or who we work for. President Obama risked his political future for us by taking on healthcare when no President before him since Roosevelt and Harry Truman other than the Clintons did, because we the American people told him in 2008 that healthcare was our number 1 concern. The only people who stand to win with a vote against Obama care is Wall Street, Insurance Companies,Healthcare suppliers and providers,  and the Republican Party who will be awarded handsomely by their Billionaire friends and lobbyists who finance the Tea Party movement and their elections.

Obama care like Social Security is the basics just like Social Security was in its infancy.  It is going to take both parties working together to refine it for both the Insurance Companies to become competitive on an even playing field with government prices and for  ”We the People,” to have security in our lives and the lives of the next generations.  The only changes being made in Medicare by the Democratic Majority pertains to the obsolete and the waste that is currently happening across America. The Ryan Plan that the Republicans plan to substitute Obama care, Medicare, and Medicaid with takes away healthcare from the bottom up and rewards Insurance Companies by driving up the costs to the working poor, middle class and the elderly, while increasing our deficit through government subsidizing the Insurance Companies even further.

As long as the current Republican greed is to bankrupt government in order to take over The largest Insurance Company in America(Medicaid and Medicare) through greed and over charges and by filibustering every attempt made to work together for the middle class and working poor, then we need to replace those who do not work for us but instead works for the Billionaires in November.  Vote Democrat, with an eye on the person speaking and their voting record, and then re-elect President Obama who has risked it all for “We the People”.

I hesitate to even write this post because it is so unbelievable that in repeating it , I risk my own credibility but repeating it to inform others has to be done by someone and it might as well be me as anyone.  It is difficult for me to believe that elected officials in our Country could be so paranoid as to believe such lies but believe it they have and instead of Washington doing their job they have fallen for the lies began by a blogger and spread by Fox News and repeated by two Congressmen on the floor of the Senate who are on the Committee investigating, “Fast and Furious.” This has been well researched and despite how incredible it may sound to all of us who deal in reality and truth, it along with the following is true.

Mike Vanderboegh, who has been represented on Fox News, as a journalist but in truth is no more than a blogger,  has  a personal beef with President Obama, and Eric Holder, especially. He either unwittingly or deliberately started the rumor that helped lead to the lie that Erich Holder and President Obama were going to take away the guns from the American people if President Obama was elected for a second term.

He has been reported as saying on his blog previously,”If Obama care passes we should all start riots and break out windows,” when healthcare was being discussed. He like Rush Limbaugh, who promised us he would move out of the Country if Obama’s healthcare passed, and sadly  didn’t, were furious about the Obama’s healthcare plan since the right-wing Conservatives were so effectively going around the Country to disparage it before it was even decided on or passed.

Later Mike Vanderboegh , effectively with the help of Fox News and Wayne Lapire, who is President of the National rifle Association, began the lie that the Obama Administration with the help of Erich Holder deliberately sent guns into Mexico to cause bloodshed so that When President Obama is elected the second term, WE,the American people would be so upset that we would demand gun control laws and abuse the second amendment to the Constitution by taking away our guns .

It is much more hateful than this but this has been repeated by Wayne Lapire in front of the Conservatives at CPAC and has been a deliberate attempt  passed around the Country by the National Rifle Association in its membership.  They in return have spread it far and wide to the point that “Stand Your Ground Laws” were initiated in 17 States and passed by Republicans and Conservative Judges in those States in an effort to make certain that if President Obama does win a second term he cannot take the guns away from the hunter and American citizens. They in  combination with Senator  Charles Grassley of Iowa and Senator Tim Walberg of Michigan have been repeating this to the point it has been repeated on the House Floor.

The Republican  Senators have accepted these Conservative and Tea Party lies to the point that the “Fast and Furious Committee” serving under the lead of Isis, are so convinced when they have not seen this report given to them by Eric Holder, that these lies are so true that for a year and a half they have kept after Eric Holder and kept after him to produce the same.  Since they have not seen information on these lies, they are now demanding that a cover-up took place between Eric Holder and the President and no matter how much Eric Holder has said, “this is so absurd as to be ridiculous,” they have wasted a year and a half demanding more information.

The real truth is that it was these same Republicans who gave the o.k. to the Bush Administration to begin the “Fast and Furious” program  before President Obama or Eric Holder were even in office.  The Bush Administration had initiated gun walking, which like water boarding is illegal, in an attempt to allow a few guns to be distributed so that they could trace them back to the Kingpins in the drug Cartels and break them up, in Mexico.

The Obama Administration continued the practice and sadly it went terribly wrong.   One of those guns led to the death of an ATF officer.   It was Eric Holder who put an end to the program. As sad as it is, that an officer died in the line of duty, 100,000 Americans die each year on the Streets of America and in our homes and still the Republicans refuse to initiate any kind of gun regulation laws in America. Those of us who see the hypocrisy in spending tax payer’s dollars in the pursuit of running Eric Holder out of office on these lies and declaring this a “Watergate”, while declaring it a cover-up and conspiracy by the Republican members of the committee, are sickened by the entire Republican Party idea of  Justice or the lack of it.

The Obama Administration which includes Eric Holder has been given an “F” by the  Brady Commission, who has attempted to get gun control laws passed, because neither have ever said or done anything against the Second Amendment that would even suggest that they would deny Americans their guns nor even said the word gun outside of the “Fast and Furious” investigation.  This has been a “Witch Hunt ” based on lies, from the first day it began, and has cost Americans and Erich Holder’s staff time and money that could be better spent elsewhere.

To this day the Republicans have prevented the Obama Administration from appointing a single Federal Judge; Instead the Conservative paranoia with the help of the National Rifle Association, who has always  mislead both Washington and it’s membership into the belief that each time a Democrat is appointed President the American people will have their guns removed from them, are convinced that their second amendment rights  will be abused if President Obama is re-elected.

Sarah Palin and Hannity on Fox News  have promoted these same beliefs shamelessly. The lies and hate that began the day President Obama was sworn in as President  have increased across America with the addition and help  of the Tea Party members.  To put an end to this witch hunt President Obama invoked Executive privilege.

It should be a concern to all of us in America as to just how easy a lie can spread on the inter-net from some deranged or disgruntled or paid for individual  and undo our entire system of justice as well as freedom. Because of the paranoia and hate that exists in the Republican Party against  President Obama and Eric Holder,  the same bunch who tried to impeach President Clinton ,will not be satisfied until they can force Eric Holder to resign as Attorney General and they can make President Obama a one term President.  Mitch McConnell, as minority leader of the House announced the same wish and said it was the only thing on their Agenda two years ago. The Republican Congress and Senate have proven the “Do Nothing” words to be true.

We live in dangerous times in America and if we the middle class and working poor are to survive, we must vote in November, to eliminate this riff-raff that pretends to serve us, by voting all of them out each time they run for re-election or election as they will certainly destroy both us, the working poor and middle class along with the Democracy we hold, dear, if we do not.  It is going to  take the next 6 years to eliminate them all through elections and to replace them in our States and Washington.  I hope you are up to fighting for the Democracy that Americans have died for and shed blood for through peaceful means and at the election polls beginning in November.  Vote Democrat and re-elect President Obama when you do.

When we look at Mitt Romney speak those of us who have compassion for our fellow-man tend to see someone who lacks total inspiration or compassion for his fellow-man.  Not only does he walk with a rod up his back in his tight controlled steps in his ever constant white shirt and blue jeans, but he also reminds too many of us as a ‘stick man’. The reason he does not resonate with us is that too many of us cannot decide if he is the ‘stick man’ or ‘the tin man without a heart’.  His appearance defies the reality of his true character and the Social economic status that he is, while too many of us do not have a clue as to what, if any character, remains in what appears to be a hollow frame.

We do know that Mitt Romney is hiring the accounting firm that worked on and came up with the Ryan plan as his financial advisers. We know that Mitt, although 65, does not need to personally worry about healthcare or collecting a Social Security check because as owner of Bain Capital he is worth $250 million, although we are yet to see a full disclosure of his taxes over the last 10 years, unlike any other candidate in the History of America who have run for the office of President.

When asked direct questions such as:” will you adopt the Lilly Ledbetter Act,support close the Loopholes Act,The Violence Against Women Bill, The Paycheck Fairness Act along with a slew of other questions, that  benefit the middle class, along with the questions on the Obama policy  while you work towards a comprehensive immigration bill or let the Barack Obama decision on immigration for Latinos stand,” he refuses to answer a direct question that may offend the Conservative Right.  So far the man has won the Republican primaries both on his erroneous concepts of the poor population as well as the middle class, who he professes to care about, even though he lacks entire knowledge of the fact that it is the middle class who have had to depend on the food stamps that he and fellow Republicans malign.

Huge amounts of money spent by Billionaires is the only thing that is propping Mitt Romney up to appear to be one of us even though we do not see that from the man himself.  We have enough evidence from overheard conversation that the views that Mitt Romney tells campaigning are not the views he tells his comrades in arms and yet he continues to do well in the polls and too many of us have to ask, “WHY?”.

We see a man when left on his own says,”I love firing people”,ties a dog to the roof of his car, and has not evolved far from being the bully he was in highschool that does have an aptitude for firing people in his resume and uses that on his campaign trail to convince people that he will instead give the middle class jobs when elected. We still have to ask “Why?”

This stick man leaves those of us who are passionate about our Country, compassionate about the welfare of all Americans, and of the less judgemental mentality, cold.  Those who have a total lack of compassion  on the other hand can simply say I don’t care I am going to vote for him anyway.  Once more we have to ask,” why?”

Then the answers start coming to us when we hear and see people say I don’t care who or what he is I will vote for Mitt Romney because my Pastor, Priest, or Clergyman tells me I will go to hell if I do not vote Republican. Those damn liberals are letting the government-run my life even when the person speaking hasn’t had a descent paycheck since the days of Reagan. The list of brainwashed responses and people who vote for a one point issue or as they are told by those who indoctrinate them just the same way as they did their Grand Dad and Dad is bred into them for generations and too many Americans vote without having a clue as to what and who their Party protects.  In short too many of the middle class has and will continue to vote against their own rights and needs. Others have voted because they feel to be Republican gives them the image of being Upper class as they struggle to keep out of foreclosure and yet we  wonder why people will vote for Mitt Romney, the stick man, the tin man, the man who will only say he likes to fire us?

While in Wisconsin Mitt Romney said his solution along with that of the Republican Party is to fire people.  We hear him say that and it throws those of us who care into a frenzy to get out the vote against him.  Mitt Romney’s exact words were,”President Obama wants to hire more Teachers, Policeman and Firefighters did he not get the message that Wisconsin sent him and that is We need to fire more Teachers, Policemen, and Firefighters and not hire more.”  The group he left out that President Obama also wants to hire are more Construction workers but Mitt Romney could not include those workers in Wisconsin because many of those workers have been won over by the NRA or National Rifle Association who has so convincingly convinced them that the Democrats will take away their guns.

I am always amazed when I hear people say they are only Republican because the Democrats will take away their guns.  These are the same people who do better during Democratic Administrations and still they will deny their own livelihood because the NRA has so convincingly told them that the liberals will deny them their right to carry a gun.  The same people who would deny women a right to their own body and profess to be pro-life will say let the women die when it comes to protecting a fertilized egg.

How can anyone be so dispassionate or even profess to be pro-life with this kind of mentality, we have to ask?  These groups are so indoctrinated as to believe that their total  Patriotism for their Country, their livelihood, and their Constitutional rights are only protected by the Republican Party and they will vote on that to the detrimate to their own futures because the dispassionate amongst them resonates with them. Their desire for the truth does not exist outside of Conservative media or their Republican heritage.

I have talked to many of these people who are for the most part filled with anger to the point of hate  for what they call “the bleeding heart Liberal” which they believe everyone who calls themselves Democrat really are.  Too many times, they  have  judgmental minds or know what is right for everyone and “By God’ that is how every human being on earth needs to live.  Often their attitude of “Screw you! What are you going to do for me?” is the only thing that resonates with them, so it is easy to convince them that the “Tin man” will make sure they are hired for a job that will solve all their problems.Too many of them are so blinded by the lies told them that they fail to see the fallacy in the brainwashing that has been done on them.

Ask any one of them if  road construction, agriculture, and jobs  statistically do better when  a Democratic or Republican controlled House and Senate is in control or when a Republican controlled House and Senate is in control and they will most usually answer,”yes it was true when the Democrats had control we did better but those damn liberals are out to take away my guns and grow government to control my life.” “We all know they are communists and socialist who are threatening our Religious rights.”"Obama is a Muslim and not even a citizen.” Some are even professing that President Obama should be held for treason and yet the ‘Tin Man’ does nothing to stop that conversation, unlike John McCain did. There is not an ounce of truth to any of these lies but no one will convince them otherwise.

When asked which President was in office when gun controls were placed on them they have no answer other than the same old script that has been read to them from the NRA handbook for generations.  In Reality no President has ever denied the right to hunters to own guns or have they ever denied the American people the right to protect themselves against ambush or break in.

Compassionate Americans  may not support the vigilante attitudes that we have laws against but neither did the Republican Administrations until the Tea Party sponsored governors took control of our own States backed by Conservative appointed judges.  The only way this will change is when the American people wake up and see their white child being killed by these same guns and laws.  Too many of these rednecks feel totally dispassionate against anyone who is not white and the lack of compassion that many of us see in Mitt Romney, and leaves us cold, is also in the people who will vote for him regardless of how destructive it will be to their own lives and livelihood.

The compassionate amongst us: who do believe that we are responsible for more than just ourselves and that the system will never be fixed if we deny life to women who die in childbirth, unless we vote for pro-choice; all minorities are as entitled as we the white population are to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and to decide their own path to their own dreams;  as Americans we simply must believe that to do the right thing is to include all people who love the Country we love ,as we do; and finally that Wall Street and the Republican Party needs to quit fighting against “a fair wage for a fair days work” or “ equal pay for equal work,” in their effort to get cheap labor for corporation or the middle class will be destroyed;are being drowned out by these Tea Party and Conservative groups and media who are spreading these  messages of  lies and hate.

To be pro-life does not mean that we, mere mankind gets to choose who dies and lives or if they die but we live. We let the supreme Court according to our Constitution and God decide those issues as we do not have the right or the obligation to force our views or opinions on others who do not think or believe as we do.  It is God’s job to judge and ours to live the best life that is within our own power to live while understanding the same for our fellow-man by knowing that Americans do not interfer in the Freedom we are all entitled to enjoy, while those who hire us pay  fair wages so we all can enjoy that freedom. It means we vote to protect those rights for all Americans even when it takes government to ensure that right against the dispassionate and the greedy.

To vote in America means to vote for all the issues that makes Democracy great.  We do not vote  only if we are pro-life or pro-choice or according to what the NRA tells us. Too many have told me too often that they will vote only because of those issues even though the middle class and the working poor continue to lose income in wages and their children do not always eat unless they are in school.  All the issues and who will fight for us the men,  women, and children  as Americans and as dedicated workers whose diversity makes America work because of our compassion for our fellow-man, appears to be lacking in the totally dispassionate Americans that I have unfortunately  known.

Although the Republicans added more government agencys in the Reagan years through the Bush years (75 to be exact) than ever added by a Democratic held control;  Although Reagan adopted an abortion bill while Governor of California; Although Reagan increased taxes four times while in office; although Reagan failed to attempt to balance any budgets and was the first President in office who saw a trillion-dollar deficit, these same people who would destroy our Democracy and continue to vote for the Party that does not give,” a tinker’s damn,” about our, the middle class future success, invoke the name of Ronald Reagan and how he is like them and their proud leader.  Their followers only have an image of the man, apparently,as Jeb Bush said, “this Republican bunch would never have voted for Ronald Reagan.”  Ronald Reagan  would not have tolerated these bigots either. Sometimes we do hear and know the truth.

Just like too many dispassionate people, amongst us,will continue electing these dispassionate leaders, like Mitt Romney appears to be since we have no idea who he is,out of a sense of image or ignorance, those of us who truly give a damn about the future of all Americans must show up to vote in November.

We need to stop this dispassion or hate that is growing in the ranks of America by re-electing those who do care about the middle class and the rights of all Americans.  We can all find that out by checking out their voting records as well as their attendance records when important bills protecting our rights are voted on. Otherwise listening with a common sense given to most of us when questions we want answered are avoided will tell us all exactly what we need to know.  When questions are not answered we know they will never agree to the needs of “We the People,” or they will lie about it as a general rule, when they do answer the question. Candidates, unlike the convicted, should never be instructed to not answer our questions simply because if they do we will never vote for them. Vote Democrat in November.

Late Additon a day later:  I am bending over in laughter as just a day later, Mitt Romney appeared in Florida to campaign in a suit and tie.  I have been told his team monitors my blog but never believed it.  Perhaps others saw through his blue jeans and white shirt as I have—-chuckle

When President Obama showed leniency to the Latino youth this week it was much more than just a smart political move , it was the right thing to do.  The Republicans are furious and screaming that the move is unconstitutional even while they threaten yet another law suit even when they themselves know they are wrong.

The real reason the Republicans are furious is because all along they have been saying that there is no bigotry or racism left in America while their own Party has become increasingly more bigoted with the Conservative power that has taken over their Party and it has only increased by the influence of the Tea Party, who are as vocal that they are not racists.  Even while the Republicans proclaim this with a straight face, their Conservative Conventions become increasingly more attended by white supremacists groups who act as spokespeople for the Republican Party.

The same groups and Party that have been responsible for adding 1000 new bills in our States that would deny women the right to their own health issues as well as the use of birth control and their right over procreation that would lead to a population explosion in our Nation, even without the disgrace of denying women equality, can hardly now profess that the latino population would take away jobs.

To not see the correlation or the racism in that so-called ideology and contradiction is to wear blinders.  If there is such a shortage of jobs over Corporate greed, then can we risk any more births or is it just more of their bigotry to disallow anyone who is not white into America? I think most of us can see beyond their views well enough to understand what the real issues are in the Conservative and Tea Party movements. The Republican Party before these groups entered it and took control were supporters of the Dream Act.  This week only made it even more clear where the problem lies in the Republican Party to the observant amongst us.

President Obama not only did the right thing for the  Latino youth of America by acknowledging the contribution the Latino community has and can make to both our economy, but also their contribution to the future of America.  It has always been the diversity in America that has brought forward the ideas that help create the economy that America ultimately builds  and has also made America the melting pot that makes and has made America a leader in world ingenuity, talent, and “the can do” spirit!

First generation Americans, as well as first generation educated Americans, have never been as content to sit idly by and not realize the American dream as the Americans who take for granted their lifestyle as well as their freedom.  Their appreciation and dedication to Democracy often supercedes” the instant gratification generations” who have not known anything different. It is a fact, regardless of nationality, and has added to the improvement of our economy as a result of our acceptance of diversity throughout the history of our Nation. Unless we are Native American or Spanish we all have come from a background of immigrants and therefore should be inspired by the continuation of Democracy granted to the deserving this week.

The interruption by the Conservative reporter (who will not get a real mention by me) only added to the unfortunate feelings of two many Conservatives who would rather hate minorities, with his rude attempt to interrupt the President while speaking.

This landmark decision by President Obama has even left the Fox News Teams  disagreeing amongst themselves while Bill O’Reilly is saying it is unfair to blame the young people who were brought here by their parents.  President Obama has shown his true character and needs to apologize to no man much less the American people. Like President Obama’s move to stand up for the rights of women and to accept the gay population in America, he has exposed the Republican Party for the hypocrites and hate mongers that they are. When their real goal is to defeat the same while denying it they end up looking like the liars that too many of them have become.

The fact that Mitt Romney can only now say he would not repeal the decision made by Homeland Security with the blessings of President Obama, only places Mitt Romney in a much more uncomfortable explanation as to why then has he said he would not vote for the Dream Act and instead invoke self-deportation?

In short the Republicans were caught with their proverbial, “pants down” and now must take umbrage against their own negative views against an entire class and group of people who they have swept under the rug for generations by simply doing nothing while denying their right to exist. It also brings forward and eliminates their own argument as to why President Obama has not done more on immigration.  President Obama is now able to expose the Republican contempt against granting equality in America with every attempt they make to argue differently.

In the Republican attempts to say that the Democrats had two years to do something about immigration they are totally denying all the attempts made by them to filibuster every bill that the Democrats tried to move forward along with their deliberate attempts to prolong the discussions on President Obama’s healthcare that ate up much of the time that President Obama had towards trying to make healthcare reform work for the American people. With all the discussions and complaints filed along with law suits it is a miracle that President Obama has accomplished as much as he has in such a short time.

Those who are calling for an apology from Barack Obama for not having done more are only attempting to make our President look weak when he has had perhaps the worse struggle towards righting grievous wrongs than any President before him since Roosevelt or perhaps Truman.

This week clearly showed the American People that the only way that President Obama can do the right thing for the American people is to find legal ways to go around the Republican obstructionist in both Congress and the Senate. The Republicans are furious that they have been exposed for the truth in what they have become when it comes to denying rights to the American people and for not doing the right thing by those who have been denied equality in America.

The actions by President Obama to go around the Republican Party to do the right thing will only make the bigotry and hatred by the Conservatives and Tea Party  even more pronounced and vocal in their campaign filled with lies to defeat our President in November. We can all bet that they will continue to yell unconstitutional even though they know this decision has come from Homeland Security and their right to declassify the latino children as a threat to our Society and as anything less than dedicated Americans.

I, for one, along with many I am sure, am very proud to call Barack Obama our President. No American can deny  that President Obama has tackled all the tough issues that no President before him has been willing to tackle before, from passing the Lilly Ledbetter bill that had stalled for years in the congress as well as doing the right thing for millions of Americans and would be Americans who have been denied the right to exist prior to the changes made by our President. Isn’t that the kind of change that made us vote for him in the first place?

The economy may not be growing in leaps and bounds but recovering it is.  Not only does President Obama have his own efforts being downgraded by Wall Street, the Conservative press and social networks, and the Republican opposition in general, on an hourly basis, but he also  faced the crises of an earthquake in Haiti, a Tsunami in Japan,  an oil spill by BP along with a Weak Euro over seas.

On top of all of the lies and opposition, as Commander-in-Chief, President Obama and his Administration kept the Bush promise to get Osama Bin Laden, for the American people, while breaking the back of Al Qaeda;withdrew troops from one war while winding down another; aided the people of Libya without doing the major destruction typically seen by war over the objections of Cheney and John McCain;and has been facing a growing threat with Korea, Syria and Iran; while doing more for the Jewish people of Israel and the families of our troops than any President in recent history.

Which leader in recent history can say the same? Certainly none of those who are yelling the loudest and spreading the biggest lies, in my opinion. Only Republicans  such as: Eric Cantor, Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney,John Boehner, and Mitch McConnel could complain about President OBama’s success ratio.

It does not seem to be the nature of any of the above, or Republicans in general, to end wars, give support to the people’s needs on a rational level over the greedy,( especially the poor or middle class) nor to make the wealthy pay their fair share so it would follow that they would not support the “Dream Act” either.  The Republican history has always  supported instead cheap labor from minorities by the Corporations that hire them.  As long as the Tea Party  elected branch of the Republican Party has their way,  the middle class will continue to become the working poor in increasing numbers.

To compare this economic crises with the one that Reagan faced is just more of the unjust propaganda that our President is facing by Wall Street engineers in the Republican Party. Even Reagan had to raise taxes four times which President Obama has yet to do. Stop the greed that is draining discretionary spending from the middle class by replacing the Republicans and  keep the success as well as positive change going by re-electing President Obama in November.

If anyone wonders to what extent the Republican Party is owned by Wall Street and to what extent Mitt Romney will continue greasing the palms of  the lobbyists who both run Wall Street and The Congress and Senate in the Republican Party and to a partial degree in the Democratic Party we only need look at the contributions given to the Romney campaign as versus those given to Barack Obama.  To date the contributions given to each stand at:

Romney        37.8 million

Obama           4.8 million.

So what does the banking Industry and Wall Street get in return  for these contributions we ask?  To begin with the Corporations get our income taxes that should be  paid into our local States to hire us and keep us employed for a year.  Anytime they decide to expand they get free access to the prime land that their plants will sit on,  both welfare endeavors granted to Corporations only helps increase the deficits in our own individual States as these are the incentives that The Corporations are given off the top to sit up shop in our States.  Both adds to the deficits in our  own States and often leads to the lay offs of our teachers, police, and fire fighters along with city, county and State workers in our States, when it comes to balancing budgets by Tea Party elected governors. In short the middle class is being laid off from jobs whose unions have always guaranteed us the right to a fair days wage for an honest days work.  It should matter to all of us because the wages they are paid increases the wages we are paid even though we are not a member of any Union.

Many times Corporations will move out  after they are either taken over by vulture capitalist, such as Bain and Company, or they will pull up shop and send our jobs overseas once all the welfare and tax incentives run out. The list of corporate welfare granted is way too long for me to list here so I will just name the two above.  What Corporations are granted by the Republicans in exchange for doing business would be more than enough  to feed the World hungry many times over, much less the piddley amount given out to feed the poor in America.  Even when these Corporations send jobs overseas we the middle class continue to pay for this Corporate welfare along with  paying oil companies incentives and giving them free land for oil exploration.

When all these free incentives are used up,  as is often the case, the corporations and oil companies leave behind empty buildings and the middle class who moved there and bought homes that ballooned in prices because of the habit of Corporations moving into rural areas where there is a housing shortage.  We the middle class are left behind with homes that are far over valued and with a mortgage we cannot pay and in foreclosure.

With a Republican majority in  Congress and Mitt Romney as President the banks will have even the minimum amount of regulations placed on them lifted.  Instead of lending money to families to set up business, unless you are Donald Trump who operates without collateral and on paper finances, the banks will increase their ability to run the banking enterprise as a casino using our money from both credit cards as well as our investments, as a casino. The auditors and bank examiners will be watered down even more effectively so that loans will become even fewer and farther apart for the middle class.

The banks stand to gain more on rolling the dice than they do in making small business loans. If anyone saw the butt kissing going on when Jamie Dimon of Chase Bank appeared before Congress by the Republican majority and their asking for his help to gain knowledge for their own lack of governing, from the Congressman from Indiana to Johanns of Nebraska, then none of us have to ask to what extent regulations will ever be placed on banking to stop their reckless regard of spending our money. Only the Democrats on the panel questioned the 2 Billion dollar plus loss under his watch at the largest bank in the Nation while the Republicans praised him.

The Corporations get incentives from insurance companies that allow them to use shadow insurance policies that are given to employees at entry-level and middle management, where the deductibles are so high that most healthy families will never get any kind of insurance coverage, despite the fact that they pay into it, as most young  families do not get sick beyond the deductible stage, when it comes to healthcare needs.

The Corporations have increased layoffs  in employees when age and health needs increase with age, for the last seven years.  They get by doing this by eliminating Unions and taking regulations off of them by government, thanks to those politicians such as our Republican congress and Mitt Romney, who are paid for in Congressional and Presidential elections.  Those paid for by the Tea Party are one and the same as no one wants to eliminate government and regulations worse than the Tea Party.

In the past, Corporations could fire an employee who had a child who required long-term care that would cost these insurance companies something in exchange for the dollars the middle class Americans paid in.  If the Obama health care program is allowed to stand they will no longer be able to do this under the law. The Republican Party has been very vocal against any and all healthcare initiatives that would favor the middle class over the Insurance Companies profits.

A Republican Administration will never make healthcare affordable to the middle class without raising deductibles and lowering benefits when it comes to the profit gains or losses to the Insurance companies whether it is healthcare for families or medicare for the elderly; For that reason alone Social Security needs to be left in the hands of government and free from the greed of Capitalism if we are to remain as a Nation that cares for our poor and elderly.  God help us all if we ever stray from taking care of those who have no means of caring for themselves by turning their care over to the greed of Private Insurance and  Capitalism, as advocated in the Ryan Plan.

The News Programing that tries to label itself as “fair and balanced” in their news reporting are owned by Corporations and a great deal of their revenue comes from political ads during an election year.  Can we really trust these cable news shows or Networks who are supported by energy commercials disparaging the Obama Administration?  Do they have any real credibility left when their so called”fair and accurate” news reporting  is paid for by Wall Street and the advertisement ran by Energy companies who would put profit first by selling our natural gas, coal, and oil to Japan and China while lying to us the middle class worker?

Do we have to ask ourselves if Mitt Romney will stand on our side or on the side of the Wall Street and Banking when it comes to lifting any and all regulations on Wall Street? Do we really think he will create jobs for us that increases our wages instead of decreases the wages we earn?  Do we think his business acumen is such that it will bring back the dream to the middle class?  Do we think Mitt will  make sure the working conditions of the miners matter more than the profits if the EPA is removed or that our children are safe with the water they drink, the air they breath ,and against reckless gun owners?  Will he hire back teachers, policemen, or fire fighters to protect our children against the insanity of “the stand your ground law” and to guarantee a better education for our children? Will he protect low-interest loans to students at a lost of profit to the banks? Do we think he won’t eliminate Social Security entirely for the greed of the Private Insurance Companies, in the name of the Ryan Plan?

I have only one other question,”What is wrong with the middle class who continues to fall for these paid for by Wall Street lies that  come out of the mouths of both the Conservative right and Tea Party candidates(that is 70% and climbing  in the Republican Party)?  Wall Street and their paid for politicians and media cannot continue rigging the system against the middle class unless we vote for them and stand back and allow our own dreams to be flushed down the drain by both the Tea Party and Conservative right who have taken over the Republican Party in our Cities,States and Washington.

Its time we the middle class wake up and vote for those who fight for us by electing those who fight for the middle class.  We the middle class can no longer afford the misconception that Republicans offer jobs or care about balanced budgets or will protect our pensions or 401 k’s against Corporate looting,or our paid for healthcare will buy us the protection we have paid for. We need to face the real truth which is:” The middle class survival over the profits of the wealthy does not  have any bearing or concern with the Conservatives or the Tea Party who are the majority of the Republican Party.”  They will never give us a job that gives the middle class discretionary spending over the profits of Wall Street unless we do bring back stricter and stronger regulations through government.

The middle class having discretionary spending over Corporate profit is what will give us a strong and robust economy along with politicians like President Obama fighting for us, the middle class, by initiating this change back to where we were before the Bush Administration. With the co-operation of both the Congress and Senate government needs to be supported in its endeavors to protect us the middle class workers.

“When business does better we do better” is a lie and we need to accept that for the lie it is. At the same time that the profits of businesses have grown by 100% to 150% the wages of the middle class have dropped by 40% since they are denying their workers the jobs that pay better wages. Those jobs are going over seas or being parceled out at a lesser cost to the Corporations.  When business does better we will continue doing worse unless we are again protected against their greed by regulations and Unions who do not allow them to use “the right to work laws”, against the worker for longer hours and less pay.  Only the Unions and government can insure that the middle class will remain well and healthy.  Without their vigilance against the greed of Wall Street we will lose.

Wall Street has continued getting richer through investments and tax breaks while  refusing to create jobs or training personnel for the ever-changing job markets  while the middle class continues to get poorer, paying for their welfare programs. The economy will only get better and the jobs return when we the middle class do better with a job and career that gives us a fair days pay for an honest days work and through affordable education.  The lies have existed for too long in America and are defeating us the middle class the longer we believe these lies.

Vote against the Conservative and Tea Party backed candidates in our own Cities and States as well as Washington DC.  Too many are  paid for and bought by the Tea Party,  Wall Street and special interests groups that have nothing to do at all with or about honest paying jobs or the concerns and welfare of the working poor or for the middle class healthcare costs. The more government and Unions they can eliminate, the more their greed can run unimpeded by the rules and regulations that protect we the middle class worker against that greed.  We are helping them defeat us every time we vote Republican.

We the people need to untie the knots that the wealthy keep tying Democracy up with by rigging the system to work for them and by buying their own personal politicians.  The only way we can stop this is to vote out those who are paid for  to such a degree that the candidates are owned by the Conservatives, Tea Party, and Wall Street, such as Mitt Romney is, one by one in November. VOTE!

If we listen to the Tea Party and Conservative arms of the Republican Party or Mitt Romney and the Republican Congress, it does not take more than a micro-second, to hear them along with Fox News claim that the OBama Administration is blaming the Bush Administration instead of taking responsibility for the economy.

If you are a follower of my blog, at all ,you will understand that I have spent a great amount of time on reflecting on the danger of passing blame and refusing to  take responsibility.  I also have said that it is wrong to generalize 100% of the time as there are always exceptions to the rule.  This is one of those exceptions.

The reason we need to understand the significance of blame in this election year is because it is a smoke screen that is playing out in America that the Tea Party and Conservatives are fiscal conservatives who are interested in balanced budgets and in getting government spending under control. It is the same smoke screen that Mitt Romney campaigns on in making us believe he has experience in job creation or that trickle down economics works or ”when business does well we all do well”.

When these lies are allowed to permeate our Society instead of the blame being placed on the shoulders of those who are responsible, we only hinder ourselves in ignorance when we do not place the blame squarely on the shoulders of those who are responsible for the crises we faced.  If we do not put the blame where it belongs then the past policies of the Bush Administration  that are being resurrected again by the Mitt Romney campaign, will only endanger the middle class workers with even greater lay offs and send even more jobs over-seas, as it did in the previous Administration.  We will ourselves create a return to those disastrous years that will undo the fragile recovery we are currently in and place ourselves into the Depression forecasted under the Bush Administration.  Our unemployment will rise to the height of those of the European market.

In short, the Mitt Romney campaign  is nothing more than removing restrictions on business and banking while returning to the Bush Administration policies that will undo our own recovery. The greed of Capitalism does need to be placed under government controls lest we become a Nation of secular and global corruption based on an uncontroled greed. Capitalism just like Democracy needs laws to maintain a healthy perspective on the market place.  America needs to be the governing body of both Democracy and Capitalism within its own boundaries.

This argument has been present and has ran in counter circles since the beginning of Capitalism in a free market.  We do not need to be less vigilant today just because we are trading in a global market place.  We need to, instead, maintain an equal if not greater watch on Capitalism as a result of trading in a global market if we are to maintain any credibility at all towards Capitalism or free enterprise.  Once we destroy the reputation of our own free markets or free enterprise through greed, which we came close to doing during the Bush Administration and which Mitt Romney is advocating in doing again while lying about job creation, it takes years to gain back any kind of respectability in the global market.  If our partners cannot trust us then we defeat Capitalism, period.  If we cannot show or maintain respect for the maintenance of Capitalism how can we expect our trading partners to do the same.  Once allowed to become totally corrupted by greed we risk the failure of our own power to lead.

We need to blame those who are responsible for denying women, minorities, and the gay population their Constitutional rights.  We need to blame those who do not give a damn about balancing budgets but instead  who would eliminate the Unions that both protect bargaining rights as well as our pension funds.  We need to put the blame on the Bush Administration policy of “No child left behind” which added to  a crippled education policy. We need to blame those whose run away greed is lobbying both our Congress and Senate.  We need to blame those Companies, lending institutions, and commerce who during the Bush Administration were given free run under the guise of free enterprise and who pushed us into the edge of a Great Depression.

It is only our own knowledge of the failure of others to place blame on those who are to blame and to give credit due to those who have struggled to fight back to save the middle class from that greed, imposed on all of us, who will right an imbalance in our society.  If we have been in a coma or living a life as a hermit on an isolated island then we are excused from knowing and understanding the truth that led to our fiscal crises and who is responsible for the corrosion of our civil rights. We need to educate those who were too young to recall or too disinterested to understand. In other cases we need to help our fellowman, who has been indoctrinated by the lies to the point that reality has failed them to understand that Government is not the problem but the solution to control such out of control greed and denial of Democracy, in the future.

We can no longer afford to not place the blame where it belongs when it leads to the 1% getting richer while the middle class falls farther into debt while being burdened further by the greed unfairly placed on us by the out of control greed of capitalism supported by Wall Street and the Republican Party.

Anyone who does not see the similarities in the Mitt Romney campaign under Carl Rove with those of the Bush Campaign under the same Carl Rove, simply are in denial to the future of America,in my estimation.   If we do return to the Bush Administration’s need to allow Capitalism to run uncontrolled,as Mitt Romney is advocating, while Capitalism is fed on the greed, it will ultimately defeat the entire strength of a free Democracy and the credibility of Capitalism.  In short we will repeat the mistakes made by Greece.

Not only is the equality of all of us at stake in order to make our own decisions on our own health issues, or  the Constitutional rights of equality for all to our own civil rights, but so are the rights of  our proud Nation, under threat by those who would deny our economy the right to recover unimpeded by greed.  If we do not place blame where it belongs we will only repeat the same mistakes over and over and over.  We the middle class will be destined to continue to be the losers along with women, minorities, and the gay community. Vote for the survival of Democracy for all and a fair days wage for a fair days work, by voting for Barack OBama in November.
